Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Willy Wanger, including to create, share, or view drawings and to make purchases. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, please do not use the site. Piddly Apps may ask you to confirm your age, and may remove content or restrict access if it believes someone is under 18.
Safety and sharing
Crude and cheeky cartoon doodles are part of the fun. Keep them playful rather than realistic, sexualised or explicit, and don't create or share exploitative, illegal, hateful, abusive or otherwise harmful content.
You are responsible for what you create and share. Please respect other people and use the report control when shared content breaks these rules.
Payments, Wangers & Refunds
Wangers are digital credits that can be purchased through Willy Wanger and used to create Wangers within the service.
Prices for available Wanger credit packages are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and Piddly Apps does not store your full payment card details.
Purchased Wangers are added to your available balance after successful payment and are intended to be available for immediate use.
Because Wangers are supplied as digital credits immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that supply begins immediately. By completing a purchase and giving the required acknowledgement at checkout, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase once supply of the digital content has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Purchased Wangers cannot be returned or exchanged, and Piddly Apps does not normally provide refunds for Wangers that have already been used.
If you have purchased Wangers but have not received the credits because of a technical or payment problem, or if you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact Piddly Apps at jockstrap@willywanger.com and Piddly Apps will investigate.
Because Wanger purchases are low-value digital purchases, Piddly Apps may choose to provide a refund or other goodwill remedy where Piddly Apps considers it appropriate. This is at Piddly Apps' discretion and does not create a general entitlement to a refund beyond your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, does not conform to the contract or has not been supplied as agreed.
Willy Wanger does not offer subscriptions or automatically recurring Wanger purchases. Each purchase is a one-off transaction unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
If a payment is reversed, refunded or charged back, any Wangers granted as a result of that payment may be removed.
Children's Privacy
Willy Wanger is not intended for anyone under 18, and Piddly Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If Piddly Apps learns that it has collected personal information from someone under 16, it will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 16 has given Piddly Apps personal information, please contact Piddly Apps at Privacy@willywanger.com and it will delete it.
